LiFePO4(Lithium iron phosphate) batteries have a bit of an advantage over those who use Lead-acid batteries. The concern about the batteries is the issue of safety. For those who plan to use your battery for long periods for your RV, van, motorhome, camper, and golf cart, choosing the LiFePO4 is ideal compared to Lead-acid.
The LiFePO4 is a battery that may be sensitive to certain low temperatures. Indeed, lithium batteries generally have a benefit for low-temperature charging; however, for temperatures below 0℃, the LiFePO4 will stop charging. For temperatures below -20℃, the LiFePO4 will stop discharging.
With the LiFePO4, you can expect these high-tech battery cells to have a long lifespan. Expect 2000 cycles, 200A discharge, and 50 maximum charge current. These batteries also have a wide temperature range, ideal for RVs, campers, and vans. Expect a lighter weight for the LiFePO4 batteries than other batteries designed for your RV, van, camper, marine, boat, or golf cart. The durability of the LiFePO4 is without question and should be strongly considered compared to the other batteries on the market.
With more than 2,000 cycles at 80% DOD(depth of discharge).
Charge: 0°C to +60°C
Discharge: -20°C to +60°C
70A max, please use the LiFePO4 charger to charge the battery.
70A continuous discharge current, 150A peak discharge current.
Protect the battery from high voltage, low voltage, over-charge, over-discharge, short circuit, and high temperature.
